Conde Chic Studio - Paris

A beautiful apartment, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was a really great stay for a short visit: marvellous location and affable staff.

I had a fantastic short stay, with a quick and easy check-in, and the room was beautifully decorated with an outstanding view, meeting all my expectations; I definitely plan on returning.

The apartment was perfect place for sightseeing in Paris, really enjoyed it. Hosts were amiable, even gave us room with an amazing view. Had early check-in too. Gorgeous building, where we stayed

Rooms were not very clean.

From start to finish - a GOOD experience for a short visit.

The apartment was beautiful and nice, near landmarks, the metro station, and lots of lovely cafes and restaurants. It was what we were expecting.

We liked everything about this place! The location is so wonderful - with a little street noise but it is happy street noise (if you are very sensitive take ear plugs) - two french windows, a bed so comfortable with white cotton bed linen and feather duvet and pillows. The shower is large and fantastic! The manager Steven was very kind and helpful- and funny!

We liked everything but I would suggest that if you are staying here to use slippers or thick socks as a courtesy because the floor is tiled and if you are walking around in shoes ii can be noisy for those underneath! Steven was very helpful with this! Thankyou!

The room was bright and the location - favourable! The affable staff made our stay a really great experience for a short visit.

Great location, close to cafes, shops, and public transport.

Miscommunication about the address, had to wait and make several calls to get correct information.

Excellent location within walking distance of central Paris destinations. Well equipped comfortable & attractive apartment. Good value for money in this expensive area.

1) The main problem is finding the apartment and gaining access. There is no name on the door. One has to visit the Italian restaurant on the ground floor (if it's open). They will then contact the owner of the apartment. He did then arrived within ten minutes and was very helpful. Alternatively one would have to phone - difficult in a foreign country. More instructions need to be provided on the Booked.net printout. 2)The apartment is on the 5th floor, up a steep spiral staircase - could be a problem for some.

Staff was very supportive and friendly, and included many good recommendations for eating, visiting in the area. Amazing location, steps from Odeon and Saint German. Internet was fast and it was great to have a washer/dryer on premises.

Studio is a little small, but a good size for a couple. Hot water tank is not big, so don't expect long hot showers.

Location superb, close to metro. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Clean and exactly as described. Great view from corner window. Reasonable price, cheaper than hotel. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable bed. Table by window for working. Spacious studio with great sleep.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Perfect location. Close to the metro, jardin de luxembourg and great shopping in walking distance, both luxury and high street brands and high end art galleries. 10 minutes walk to le Louvre and Notre dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well equiped. Beautiful view. Would love to come back soon.

Spacious studio with all amenities. Location wonderful, right in the heart of the Left Bank in Paris with the Metro "Odeon" Station just around the corner. Plenty of restaurants, liquor stores and convenient stores. Lovely restaurant "Le Suppli" on the ground floo.r

We were on the 4th floor, with only a spiral staircase (no lift) as access. As were were 70 this was quite a challenge taking the bags up. However Stephen, the owner, gracefully took them up for us. After that it kept us fit.

The apartment is conveniently located close to Seine, the Louvre, Notre-Dame de Paris, Saint Sulpice chapel, and Luxembourg Gardens. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and offer an amazing view. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Perfect location.

Too old and time worn. A strange smell in stairs. no elevator, very narrow stairs.
